Uganda es un cacao que viene de un país llamado la perla de África que además se está malvendiendo. Este cacao (50%trinitario y 50%forastero) proviene de un proyecto humanitario que forma a las comunidades y les da los medios para poder desarrollar un cacao con calidad que vender a un mercado como nosotros, los “beantobareros”. Es un cacao con un aroma a regaliz, sabor intenso principio a fruta de vino que luego cambia a confitadas de higos, dátiles y pasas acompotadas. Deja una sensación golosa y densa de cacao en boca. Conservar en un lugar fresco y seco.
